Lupus Mardi Gras Gala 2010
Come celebrate the golden traditions of New Orleans at the Fourth Annual Mardi Gras Gala for the Lupus Foundation of America, Piedmont Chapter. You'll step out of your car in downtown Charlotte and onto the glimmering streets of the French Quarter. Guests will dine on cuisine inspired by Louisiana flavors, dance to the dazzling tunes of Hot Sauce, and partake in a silent auction, fortune telling and casino. Guests will be treated to authentic traditions of the Deep South complete with a Mardi Gras Mask Contest, King Cake Luxury Raffle, & crowning of the Gala King & Queen.
All proceeds benefit the LFA, Piedmont Chapter. The goal of the Piedmont Chapter is to provide lupus patients and their families with education and support and to aid in the fight against lupus. Support for the Mardi Gras Gala makes our mission a reality.

Join WBTV's Molly Grantham for a fun, uplifting evening of HOPE at the inaugural March Forth With Hope Gala. You can help us continue the legacy of Hope Stout and her spirit of giving.
The March Forth With Hope Foundation provides financial assistance to families battling cancer or other life-threatening diseases. The Foundation was established by Stuart and Shelby Stout in memory of their daughter, Hope Stout, shortly after she lost her courageous fight with cancer.

2010 Charlotte Heart Ball
The 52nd Annual Greater Charlotte Heart Ball will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Charlotte Convention Center. Curt Fochtman, Ernst & Young, will chair this spectacular event. It will be a landmark occasion that will leave lasting memories. The evening will include an incredible silent auction and cocktail reception, red carpet photographs, a gourmet dinner, live action and dancing to the music of a live band. This is the oldest and largest black tie event in the metro area raising more than $725,000 for cardiovascular research, education and advocacy programs.
