We hope to have more than 6,500 walkers supporting the event in an effort to find a cure for diabetes and its complications. The 2010 Charlotte Walk goal is $1.4 Million and with your help we are confident we can reach our goal!

The morning kicks off with a ‘Joes’ tournament who compete for a chance to play Jordan’s ‘Pros’ in a 1PM kick ball finale game at Memorial Stadium. The brainchild of Dana and Jordan Gross, offensive
lineman for the Carolina Panthers, the “Pros” team will feature local sports figures and promises to be a day of exciting family fun!

By supporting the Carolina’s Kidney Walk, you will be helping fund patient programs and prevention initiatives for thousands of your neighbors, family members and coworkers who have kidney disease.



All the funds raised at the Carolina’s Kidney Walk will help support free kidney screenings for people at risk, research, education and professional programs and services in North and South Carolina. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m.

When you walk in March for Babies, you give hope to the more than half a million babies born too soon each year. The money you raise supports programs in your community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. And it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies. We’ve been walking since 1970 and have raised an incredible $1.8 billion to benefit all babies.
